A Florida man was arrested for threatening to kill former Vice President Kamala Harris in a series of deranged TikTok comments, according to a criminal complaint.
Franklin Jarrell, 59, was arrested on Feb. 18, in connection to several posts on TikTok in which he threatened kill both ex-veep Kamala Harris and Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, punctuating his menacing comments with racist language, according to a criminal complaint filed by the in US District Court in Florida.
âIâm going to blow your brains out you wonât go back home not unless youâre in the box youâll never see me coming weâre real rednecks not want to be n***** or whatever you are weâre going to kill you,â user dale.jarrell8 allegedly wrote, the complaint states.

In another TikTok comment, âdale.jarrel9âcontinued his verbal assault on Harris.
âI got your IP numbers that means I have your address so when I come for you youâll never see it coming stank booty,â user dale.jarrell8 posted, on Feb. 11, the feds claim in the affidavit.
These posts were supposedly made in the comment section of videos featuring Harris, but specific details about the videos were not mentioned in the affidavit.
Another threatening comment made specific mention of a firearm.
He also took aim at Democratic Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar.
âI want to take them glasses off her head and shove them up her a** come South we will kill your ass nappy head,â dale.jarrell8 allegedly wrote on TikTok.

The FBI was alerted to these concerning posts and was able to derive the TikTok userâs email account with local law enforcement and track down a phone number associated with the Gmail account.
A Secret Service agent then contacted Jarrell via telephone on Feb. 18, asking for an interview to discuss the inflammatory TikTok posts.
Jarrell became aggressive with the Secret Service agent over the phone â telling him, âYou threatened to come to my house. I will kill you straight up,â the complaint states.
Jarrell was taken into custody by the Jacksonville Sheriffâs Office later that same day.
He is facing charges of sending a threatening communication in interstate commerce and making threats against a federal official and is being held on $100,000 bond, according to the affidavit.
