Harvey Weinstein yuks it up in NYC court with toothless grin ahead of sex crimes retrial

Justice bites for Harvey Weinstein — who flashed a toothless smile in a Big Apple courtroom Wednesday.

The 72-year-old convicted sex offender was at a hearing in Manhattan criminal court when he exposed a gaping grin likely caused by his teeth rotting behind bars.

Courtroom photos show the disgraced movie mogul sitting next to a lawyer with at least one missing front chomper during a hearing about what evidence to allow in his retrial.

Weinstein complained in 2022 about rotten molars that he said had become a dental “emergency” in prison.

At the time, he demanded that his teeth be fixed by a private dentist because jail medics simply pull them out,  leaving gaping holes in his grin.
