Gov. Kathy Hochul plans to meet with President Trump in the White House Friday, she told reporters Thursday.
The two are expected to discuss a range of topics, likely including Trumpâs attempt to scrap congestion pricing. Hochul and Trump also met last month in the Oval Office.

The meeting comes days after Hochul blasted Trump for his tariff spat with Canada that resulted in Ontario temporarily implementing a 25% surcharge on energy exports to some U.S. states earlier this week.
âWeâve been ripped off as a country for many, many years,â Trump told reporters this morning, refusing to back down on his tariffs. âWhy should we subsidize another country for $200 billion?â

âNow there will be a little disruption,â Trump continued.
